The reliability score (0-100) measures how dependable an employee is, based on real data tracked by their employer:
Attendance (up to 60 pts)
Percentage of days the worker showed up, weighted at 60% of the base score
Punctuality (up to 10 pts)
Percentage of working days they arrived on time (not late) — rewards consistently punctual workers
Experience (up to 20 pts)
+1.5 points for each month employed, rewarding loyalty and tenure
Extra Effort (up to 10 pts)
+0.5 points per overtime hour worked, recognising dedication
Endorsements (up to 10 pts)
+2 points per endorsement from their employer (e.g. punctual, trustworthy)
Incidents (deductions)
Unresolved incidents reduce the score: minor -3, moderate -8, serious -15
Credential Levels:
Gold 18+ months & score 80+
Silver 6+ months employed
Bronze Starting level for new employees
