Every employee listed here has been recommended by their employer through the Nyumba Yanga app, with the employee's consent. Credential levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold) are based on verified tenure and attendance records.

How is the Reliability Score calculated?

The reliability score (0-100) measures how dependable an employee is, based on real data tracked by their employer:

Attendance (up to 60 pts) Percentage of days the worker showed up, weighted at 60% of the base score
Punctuality (up to 10 pts) Percentage of working days they arrived on time (not late) — rewards consistently punctual workers
Experience (up to 20 pts) +1.5 points for each month employed, rewarding loyalty and tenure
Extra Effort (up to 10 pts) +0.5 points per overtime hour worked, recognising dedication
Endorsements (up to 10 pts) +2 points per endorsement from their employer (e.g. punctual, trustworthy)
Incidents (deductions) Unresolved incidents reduce the score: minor -3, moderate -8, serious -15

Credential Levels:

Gold 18+ months & score 80+
Silver 6+ months employed
Bronze Starting level for new employees
